In June 1998, the Ministry of Communications and Transportation in Mexico granted the Nationwide Concession to send and receive Voice & Data to our company GRUPO INTELCOM DE MEXICO S.A de C.V. with a validity of 30 years. In June 2000, the managements decided to change the company name to ATSI COMUNICACIONES S.A de C.V. The company started to have business relationships with Voice & Data players with Large Concessionaires. Finally, in January 2014, the company changed its name to ASIYA COMUNICACIONES S.A de C.V. which is our current name.
